• Jeff Smith facilitated three all day Strategic Planning Sessions for Epsten Group.  The sessions were unique in that they initially included management and several key employees but in the last session expanded to encompass more than 40 employees.  Jeff was able to move from the smaller group of 12 to the larger group with ease and he did an admirable job of engaging all attendees.

One of his most notable accomplishments was his ability to bring our detail-oriented staff up to a high-level view of Epsten Group's future expansion plans.  He continued to reinforce this "big picture" view with  enlightening excercises and group discussions.
